Micro-Hybrid 'Mergence' No. 1
Lindsay Feuer is a ceramic artist born and raised outside of Philadelphia. She creates unique and whimsical porcelain sculptures inspired by organic forms in nature. These works are a “hybrid” blend of fantasy and reality executed in highly detailed unglazed porcelain. She began her undergraduate studies at Maryland Institute College of Art, and then transferred to Penn State University, where she received a BFA in Ceramics. She earned an MFA in Ceramics from Tyler School of Art, Temple University.

Feuer’s work has appeared in many retail shows and gallery exhibitions throughout the country and Europe including the Smithsonian Craft Show, SOFA Chicago and New York and the Works Gallery in Philadelphia. She has been honored with Awards of Excellence at both the Baltimore and Philadelphia Craft Shows and at several other juried exhibitions. Her sculptures have been showcased in numerous publications including American Craft Magazine and Ceramics Monthly. She was also featured on the cover of American Style Magazine in which she was recognized as one of the “Emerging Artists 2007: 10 to Watch.”

Lindsay currently resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and maintains a studio in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. The Works Gallery in Philadelphia and several other galleries throughout the country represent her work.
